Known locally in the NG8 and NG9 areas of Nottingham as Wollaton Allotments. Our official title, for all official documents etc., is Radford Bridge Allotments giving a nod to our history. After the development of the last few years, there will be 182 new allotments for rent.

The Radford Bridge Road Garden Holders Association, was born in the 1930s on the private meadow and paddock next to Martins Pond in Wollaton Nottingham.

In 1947 more gardens were added in the paddock area.

Radford Bridge Road Garden Holders Association Ltd, is regulated by the FCA and registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014.  With approximately 170 shareholders, the Association own the site.

 

The site is run by an Allotment Managing Committee (AMC) consisting of gardeners and shareholders and a representative from the Nottingham City Council.
